These terms govern use of the store and purchases made directly from OnEll. Also read the shipping, exchanges and returns, warranty, privacy, and cookie policies, available before and after purchase.
Identification, account, and contact
The responsible company's details and official channels are listed on this page and in the store footer. You may request support without creating an account. For guest purchases, keep access to the order and the email address provided when purchasing.
To enter into a contract, you must have legal capacity or be represented or assisted as required by law. Provide truthful information and protect your credentials. Promptly report suspected unauthorized access; this does not automatically transfer responsibility for a platform failure to the consumer.
Product and offer information
Check the model, color, quantity, features, applicable dimensions, stated capacity, and offer terms before buying. Photographs present the product, but color reproduction may vary between screens. This variation does not authorize delivery of a model, color, or features different from those agreed.
Usage information does not replace technical assembly and safety instructions. No sports or health outcome is promised. Use the product according to its intended purpose, capacity, and supplied instructions.
Published offers that are sufficiently precise are binding on OnEll. If a discrepancy or error is identified, support must provide clear information and handle the case under the CDC, without an automatic unilateral cancellation clause that removes consumer rights.
Price, shipping, and payment
Prices are shown in Brazilian reais. The summary before payment must show items, amounts, applicable discounts, shipping, and the total. Installment terms, interest, charges, or benefits apply only when clearly stated for the selected payment method.
Adding a product to the bag does not complete a purchase or reserve inventory indefinitely. The order is recorded under the terms shown at confirmation, and payment approval is communicated separately. Dispatch depends on the payment and preparation terms actually agreed.
Never pay a person or account indicated by a suspicious contact. If you receive instructions different from those shown during the purchase, confirm them with official support before proceeding.
Reviewing and confirming the order
Before confirming, review products, quantities, and the address. Correct any errors at this stage. After the contract is formed, request any correction promptly: availability and procedure depend on the order's actual status, without removing your right of withdrawal.
Keep the summary, order number, receipts, and accepted terms. Tracking is available through the order access link or the account used. OnEll does not consider simply adding an item to the bag or a declined payment proof of a completed sale.
Delivery, cancellation, and after-sales support
The Shipping Policy details transportation procedures. Consumers retain their statutory options in the event of delay, non-delivery, or failure to fulfill an offer. An incident involving a carrier does not exclude responsibility assigned to the supplier by law.
Withdrawal, free returns in legally required cases, refunds, and support for defects are described in the Exchanges and Returns Policy. The contractual warranty does not replace or reduce the statutory warranty.
You may submit questions, complaints, cancellation requests, or return requests through support, without signing in, or by emailing suporte@onell.com.br. The form confirms submission with a reference number. The team's response to consumer requests will be sent within 5 days, subject to any specific deadlines required by law.
Appropriate use of the store
Do not use the platform for fraud, unauthorized access, sending malicious code, improperly obtaining other people's data, or interfering with operations. Security measures must be proportionate to the risk and do not remove support for legitimate requests or rights relating to purchases already made.
OnEll's brand, photographs, and content are protected by applicable rights. Using the store does not transfer ownership of these materials. Quotation and other uses permitted by law remain protected.
Privacy and communications
Data necessary for purchases and support is processed for those purposes and to fulfill related obligations. Email subscriptions and optional cookies depend on separate choices. Buying or accepting these terms does not authorize advertising.
Messages about an account, payment, order, or request are transactional communications. The Privacy Policy explains how to exercise your personal data rights.
Effective dates and resolving questions
Changes to these terms apply to contracts made after publication, while respecting offers, acquired rights, and the terms of purchases already made. An update does not retroactively impose a more burdensome condition on the consumer.
Brazilian law applies. No provision limits mandatory rights, prevents complaints to competent authorities, imposes arbitration, or requires a venue that makes consumer defense difficult. Rights of access to justice and to the venue provided by law remain protected.
