How do I start selling through dropshipping?
The dropshipping API is already available. Sign in, introduce your store and request OnEll approval. Once approved, generate your private token in the dashboard, read the documentation and connect your business.
Do I need to buy a batch to get started?
You sell without holding your own bicycle inventory. Check availability through the API and submit your store’s orders to OnEll. Each order must be paid before shipment to the recipient.
Can I participate if I use Loja Integrada?
Yes. Approved retailers can use the OnEll API to develop an integration with their Loja Integrada operation. The API is available; the platform connector must be developed using its supported capabilities. This version does not include a native app for automatic installation.
I do not have a store or CNPJ yet. Can I register?
You can tell us about your project. A CNPJ is optional for this first contact. Operating requirements and documentation will be defined during the commercial review, before the partnership is approved.
How does reseller pricing work?
OnEll sets each reseller’s discount during commercial approval. Your price is available through the API, without stacking Pix, bundle or commission discounts. Shipping is charged separately and payment is required before shipment. Your margin depends on your selling price and operating costs.
Who handles shipping, returns and customer service?
OnEll supplies the product and ships it to the recipient after payment confirmation. You can check shipping costs, delivery estimates and order progress through the API. Your store maintains the customer relationship; exchanges, returns, warranties and responsibilities follow your commercial agreement with OnEll.
Is this the same as being a commission-based reseller?
With dropshipping, you sell through your own online store and purchase from OnEll under your approved commercial terms. The independent reseller program uses customer referrals and sales commissions, with its own registration and rules.
