Do I need to buy a bicycle or hold inventory?
No. In the independent program, you present the catalog and refer customers to the website. OnEll sells and delivers to the customer. There is no minimum purchase or mandatory kit.
Is the application free?
Yes. You must be at least 18, have an account with a confirmed email and be approved by our team. Submitting an application does not mean automatic approval.
How is a sale linked to me?
Your personalized catalog identifies your code. By choosing to buy through it, customers record your referral for up to 30 days in this browser. They can also enter your code at checkout. The last confirmed referral before the order takes precedence.
When do I receive commission?
The dashboard estimates commission for an order and confirms it after payment. The balance becomes available seven days after delivery, considering cancellations and refunds. OnEll checks payments and records the receipt. See the schedule and program terms.
Do I need to negotiate prices or receive the customer's money?
No. Use the website's prices and conditions. Customers pay OnEll directly, and OnEll handles delivery and after-sales support. Your code adds no fee to the order.
Can I sell through WhatsApp and social media?
Yes. Share your catalog and official materials with interested people, disclosing your commercial relationship with OnEll. Avoid unsolicited messages, earnings promises and unsubstantiated health claims.
Does my own purchase earn commission?
No. Personal purchases, orders without a valid referral, and canceled or fraudulent transactions do not earn commission. Our team may request clarification to verify a sale.
The customer bought on a different device. What now?
They can enter your code at checkout before creating the order. Once the order is created, attribution is recorded and cannot be changed retroactively through the browser.
