Participation and approval
The program lets you promote products and refer purchases completed directly with OnEll. Applications are free, personal, open to adults aged 18 or older and subject to review and a formal agreement with our team. No inventory, minimum purchase or recruiting is required. Wholesale and commercial representation with specific conditions require a separate agreement.
How referrals are recorded
Customers confirm the referral when buying through the personalized catalog or applying the code at checkout. An identifier stays in this browser for up to 30 days and can be removed at checkout. The last confirmed referral before the order is created takes precedence. Attribution cannot be changed retroactively for existing orders.
Products, rates and calculation basis
Current rates for participating products appear in the reseller area. Commission is based on the amount actually paid for eligible products after discounts, including Pix and bundle discounts. Shipping, provider interest and services do not earn commission. The rate is recorded with the order; later changes do not rewrite that record.
Confirmation, release and payment
Orders awaiting payment generate an estimate only. Commission is confirmed when payment is received and released seven days after delivery, subject to the purchase status. OnEll checks the amounts and pays by the 15th of the month following release. Account ownership details and any required tax document or receipt must be in order. The dashboard shows the amount and records the payment reference. Sales volume and income are not guaranteed.
Cancellations, returns and corrections
Cancellation, full refund and full return cancel the commission. Partial refunds adjust commission in proportion to the total amount refunded on the order. Adjustments after payment appear in the statement and may be offset against future commissions, subject to the agreement and applicable rights. Discrepancies can be referred to support.
Responsible promotion
Use official materials and current conditions. Disclose commercial posts and paid links; mark these links as sponsored on websites. Do not promise medical benefits, guaranteed earnings, exclusivity or unauthorized conditions. Do not send spam, make personal purchases to generate commission or receive customer payments into your own account. Do not claim to be an employee or an authorized negotiating representative without a specific agreement.
Privacy and required data
Your first name and code identify the shared catalog. Application details, CPF and Pix key are used to review, operate and pay for the partnership, and are restricted to your account and authorized staff. The dashboard shows order references and amounts without revealing buyers' addresses or personal data. Our privacy policy and data rights channels continue to apply.
Responsibilities, termination and support
Each participant is responsible for the tax, registration and professional obligations applicable to their activity. The team must formalize the type of participation. Suspension prevents new referrals without deleting history or accrued rights. You can request termination, corrections and clarification through support in your account.
