Start assessing storage space for an elliptical bike before you buy. OnEll's published assembled length is 1.60 m. This is a starting point; planning also depends on width, height, access routes, and how you will move the bike.
Measure the location and the route to it
Do not measure only the corner where the bike will stay. Follow the route from the entrance: gates, doors, hallways, turns, elevators, and any changes in level. The interior space may be sufficient while an opening along the way prevents access.
Record clear measurements, allowing for furniture, door frames, and objects that will remain in place. If the bike will be near a vehicle or an opening door, also consider the space those occupy when moving.
Separate bike dimensions from space measurements
Use a simple checklist to organize your measurements:

OnEll's published 140 kg limit is a load capacity. It is not the bike's weight and should not be used to assess how difficult it will be to transport.
Folding frames need confirmed dimensions
The FD3.20 and FD8.20 have folding frames. Before allocating space based on this feature, request folded dimensions and handling instructions. Do not infer the folded size from the assembled length or a photograph.

Turn measurements into a specific question
Send support the model name and the measurements of the most restrictive point. A question such as “the opening has this width and height; what are the bike's dimensions in this position?” makes checking easier than vague descriptions such as “a large trunk” or “a small elevator.”
